As Program Administrator, Nancy maintains CAMI Health’s operating. She also manages billing, contracts, and financial reporting for the program. Nancy joined the CAMI Health in April 2016 after serving as a Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist at the Public Health Institute (PHI) for over a decade. At PHI Central, she managed a portfolio in excess of $18M and was the Grants and Contracts Specialist for the IMPT Secretariat for four years.
Outside of CAMI Health, Nancy is co-owner of Kulture, a small business in Midtown Sacramento. Kulture is dedicated to conserving and showcasing the beauty of Mexican art and appreciation of the rich and diverse cultural heritage. Kulture is also a platform for local Sacramento artists to showcase and sell their art. In addition, Nancy is passionate about giving back to the community and helps coordinate an annual fundraiser for the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) at the California State University, Sacramento. This great educational program offers guidance and support services to students from migrant and seasonal farm worker backgrounds. Proceeds from the event are awarded to the incoming CAMP Freshman class.
